The delivery period of 24-48 hours in Spanish Peninsula is as long as the orders are placed before 12 in the morning. Shipping is free for orders over 60€ in Spanish Peninsula. (The minimum shipping cost to Spain is € 3.99, depending on the weight of order)
 
In the Balearic Islands, delivery ranges between 48-72 hours. Shipping is free for orders over € 70. (The minimum cost of shipping to the Balearic Islands is € 5.01, depending on the weight of order)
 
In Portugal, delivery ranges from 24-72 hours. Free delivery from € 70.
     

The purchase is simple and safe.

The buyer makes a cart with the selected products. Once you have it all press the "proceed to check out" button, at that time the program will ask for your data. The Barber Shop will send the products to the distribution warehouse, from where they will go to the address established by the buyer. Each time an order is sent, the buyer will receive an email.

Transportation costs will be paid by the buyer as long as he does not have the free shipping promotion.

The purchase order corresponding to the order will be available at La Barberia Shop, once the payment is confirmed, which can be viewed through the link: "My Orders", from the issuance of the email. This original purchase order includes delivery costs and VAT.

The products remain the property of the supplier until the moment that there has been full payment of the price.

La Barbería Shop reserves the right to refuse an order for any member with whom it has a dispute.

Availability

La Barberia Shop will do everything possible to please all customers in demand for products.

In case of unavailability of the product after the order has been made the customer will be informed by email of canceling it.

Following this demand, the rate of return on the customer's bank account depend on the type of bank card and conditions of each bank. These deadlines are needed again in the "Delivery" clause.

Return

All products sold may be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Retail Trade Act.

Warranty

Warranties and after-sales services are governed by Royal Decree 1/2007 of 16 November approving the text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users. According to this standard, the seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer and user products which comply with the contract, responding against him for any lack of conformity. The consumer and user is entitled to repair the product, its replacement, the price reduction or termination of the contract.

Liability, litigation and applicable law

La Barberia Shop not be held liable for breach of contract in case of stock shortage or product unavailability, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike in particular postal services and transport and / or communications, flood or fire. The courts are competent. the general conditions of sale in Spanish language shall be interpreted and made in accordance with Spanish law.
